Sarah White is a restaurant operator, advocate, and community leader in Northern Virginia. She owns Westover Taco and operates multiple Lost Dog Café locations while serving as President of the Arlington–Alexandria Chapter of the Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association and as Vice Chair of Visit Fairfax. A recognized policy voice, she chairs the Central Fairfax Chamber Government Affairs Committee and serves on VRLTA’s government affairs and foundation boards and RAMW's policy board. Beyond hospitality, Sarah is active in civil life as a Rotary chair, DAR vice regent, and booster club president for the DC Divas, where she champions women in sports.
