Justin Lall

Justin Lall is a Principal at Gallup, where he leads U.S. social sector research focused on democracy, economic mobility, and community well-being. He directs large-scale custom studies for foundations, governments, and nonprofits, leveraging rigorous multimodal research to capture lived experiences and inform policy, philanthropy, and systemic change.
His work spans both nationally representative and hyperlocal research, with a focus on elevating underrepresented voices and identifying barriers to opportunity. He has led initiatives exploring civic engagement, economic inclusion, technology and governance, and rural well-being. Justin also drives community-based research efforts that capture local goals, aspirations, and lived experiences to inform action at the neighborhood and regional levels.
Justin held various leadership positions at The Gallup Organization, including Director of Strategic Partnerships, Associate Principal in Gallup’s Public Sector division, and Consultant in Gallup’s Education and Workforce Development division.
